Crafted from rare Mavrolia olives, this premium extra virgin olive oil is harvested at peak ripeness in late October and pressed the same day to preserve exceptional freshness and flavour. Grown in a sun-rich Mediterranean region known for its fertile soil and ideal climate, these exceptional olives produce a refined oil with an acidity level below 0.3%.

After extraction, the oil is naturally decanted for two months, resulting in a clean, residue-free extra virgin olive oil that is ideal for both cooking and finishing dishes.
